Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the Trainzia platform. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access the platform or use any services.

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trainzia governing your access to and use of the website located at trainzia.com and all associated services, content, and functionality offered through the platform.

By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise accessing the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the following definitions apply:

To access most features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify Trainzia immediately at support@trainzia.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Trainzia will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with any third party. Each account is for a single individual user only. Concurrent logins from multiple devices may be limited at the discretion of Trainzia.

You may access and use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes, unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with Trainzia permitting commercial use. You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

The Platform and all content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video recordings, and software — are the property of Trainzia or its content licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, Trainzia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view enrolled course content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. This license does not include any right to download, record, copy, or redistribute content unless expressly permitted.

If you submit any content to the Platform — including reviews, comments, or feedback — you grant Trainzia a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

All course prices are displayed on the Platform in the applicable currency and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required. Trainzia reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing enrollments that have already been purchased.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By providing payment information, you authorize Trainzia to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Trainzia does not store full payment card details on its servers.

Refund eligibility and conditions are governed by Trainzia's Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available on the Platform. Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable refund window specified at the time of purchase. Trainzia reserves the right to deny refund requests where misuse of the refund policy is suspected.

Where subscription-based access is offered, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the User prior to the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of an active subscription period.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by Trainzia's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available on the Platform and we encourage you to review it carefully.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Trainzia. Trainzia has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is done at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Trainzia does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Trainzia makes no representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content available on the Platform.

Trainzia does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, career results, or skill acquisition timelines. Results may vary based on individual effort, prior experience, and other factors beyond the control of Trainzia or its instructors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trainzia, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or its content.

In no event shall Trainzia's total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Trainzia in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred units of the applicable currency.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trainzia and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms of Use; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any content you submit to the Platform.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Trainzia at support@trainzia.com or by using the account deletion feature where available. Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise specified in the Refund Policy.

Trainzia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in fraudulent activity, or if Trainzia determines, in its sole discretion, that such action is necessary to protect the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your license to access Platform content will immediately cease.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall survive any termination or expiration of this agreement.

Trainzia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. Trainzia also reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms of Use are intended to be interpreted in good faith and in a manner that gives effect to their fundamental purpose: enabling fair access to quality education while protecting the integrity of the Platform and its users.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Trainzia at support@trainzia.com. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration or resolved through other lawful means as appropriate under applicable law.

Trainzia is committed to making its educational content accessible to users across different regions. While Trainzia strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not responsible for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including force majeure events, internet outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.
